João Rocha da Silva focuses his practice on Employment Law, combining experience advising both companies and employees with a preventive and strategic approach. Throughout his professional career, he has gained experience across various areas of law, subsequently focusing his practice on employment matter. His practice encompasses the management of judicial and extrajudicial proceedings, as well as preventive legal advice, including the drafting of employment policies, legal opinions and support throughout all stages of the employment relationship, from hiring to termination. João also has experience conducting and overseeing disciplinary proceedings, assisting with labour inspections and promoting compliance with employment legislation, helping clients enhance legal certainty and mitigate risks.
