Gonçalo Caro focuses his practice primarily on Employment Law and employment litigation, both at national and international level. He advises companies in the private and public sectors, as well as entities within the Portuguese State-owned enterprise sector. His main areas of responsibility include providing day-to-day legal advice on employment matters, representing clients and companies in employment-related litigation, advising on the prevention of harassment, violence and discrimination in the workplace, as well as on matters relating to copyright and related rights in the employment context. Gonçalo is the author of several articles on employment-related topics published in academic journals, regularly participates as a speaker at Employment Law events, and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon.
