Cláudio Rodrigues Gomes focuses his practice on employment litigation, negotiation and dispute resolution. He represents clients across a wide range of industries, including the environmental, software and technology, healthcare, public employment and social security sectors. His main areas of practice include advising companies on restructuring processes, with or without collective redundancies and with or without the elimination of positions, as well as on matters relating to dismissals. He also advises and represents clients before the Portuguese Authority for Working Conditions (ACT) and the courts. Cláudio has experience in team coordination and client management. He also has extensive experience working directly with clients, having been part of a secondment team at a company specialising in urban waste management. More recently, he has developed a strong connection with the public hospital sector, advising human resources departments and legal teams.
