Tiago Mousinho focuses primarily on labor and employment counseling, at a national and international level. He provides legal advice to companies in the private and public sectors, as well as companies in the state-owned enterprise sector. Tiago’s main responsibilities are centered on providing daily legal advice on labor and employment subjects, EoR, AoR and PEO, including data protection and screening, compliance, whistleblowing and prevention against corruption, trade secrecy and unfair competition. Tiago is skilled in understanding the nuances and obligations of an employer’s pay equity obligations. He partners with clients on navigating the real-world implications of evolving pay transparency legislation and is a member of Littler’s coordinating committee on the EU Pay Transparency Directive. Tiago is the author of several articles concerning labor and employment issues in different scientific journals.
